You should now stay away from things that cause you stress as you now know what it can do to you.
While these symptoms are for more severe panic attacks, there are still millions of people who have to deal with them. You should remember that one of the causes of panic attacks is stress and reducing your stress can help reduce your panic attacks. While knowing these symptoms will not be able to stop you from having panic attacks, at least you can know what to expect and that can help you get through them quicker.
